IVRCL has bagged two orders worth Rs 405.13 crore. The two domestic orders awarded to IVRCL consist of an order of Rs 110.02 crore from Dream World Landmarks LLP (Godrej), for residential development for Godrej Prana, Pune; and another order from Orissa Water Supply and Sewerage Board (OWSSB) which is valued at Rs 295.11 crore for execution of additional sewer construction in Bhubaneswar.



The first order for Godrej Prana involves constructing two towers of 12 floors and five towers of 14 floors along with one level of podium and basement parking for each. The scope of work includes earthwork, PCC, shuttering, reinforcement, RCC, masonry and plastering, tiling, painting works and provisional sum items.



The second order’s scope of work involves constructing sewers for the district in Bhubaneswar. The complete sewerage project of Bhubaneswar is divided into six sewerage districts. The work requires design and establishment of a full build-out sewerage network for about 150 km long sewer pipeline.
