Sri Balaji Ventures is planning to develop a residential complex at Kodigehalli in Bengaluru district of Karnataka.

The project will spread over 4.81 acre of land parcel and see development of two wings with 450 flats and clubhouse including parking provision.

Work on the project is expected to commence by November 2022.
