Adani Transport Limited (ATL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd, has incorporated a subsidiary company namely. 'Suryapet Khammam Road Private Limited' (SKRPL).

SKRPL has been incorporated to carry on the business of development, maintenance and management of four laning of National Highway-365BB (Old SH-42) from Suryapet to Khammam in the State of Telangana.

The project is to be implemented under Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity Mode on Design, Build, Finance Operate and Transfer ('DBFOT Annuity or Hybrid Annuity') basis.
